Terms of Service

• Pay your retainer fee which confirms your installation appointment. This payment is non transferable and non-refundable. Retainer fee is 50% and goes towards the overall cost of your appointment with remaining balance due day of service.

• Select a date for your installation appointment(approximately 2 - 4 weeks after the initial consultation.

• Your 1st reinstallation will be 5 to 8 weeks after initial install to assess how you are adjusting to extensions and evaluate the health of your hair and scalp and plan the perfect maintenance schedule for you.

• I do not offer quick move ups. Only reinstallations. This allows me to redistribute the weight through out the row evenly and keep your hair and scalp healthy.

• You aren't required to get a cut or a style at reinstallation visits, so arrive with clean, dry hair. If you would like to book additional services, we can do that for the standard charge of those services.

• Please come in with hair clean and dry detangled

• If hair is matted or requires detangling, there is an hourly fee of $100 per hour to detangle.

Long Term Expectations

Generally, you'll invest in new extension hair every 7 to 12 months.

• The longevity of the hair varies based on how well you care for your extension hair on a daily basis at home.

• I will suggest a hair care plan to increase longevity of your investment.

• During maintenance appointments I evaluate the condition of the wefts and if they are in poor condition they will need to be replaced. ​
