
Policies
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that life happens. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Failure to notify in time will incur a rebooking fee. Any appointment not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. There will be a charge of $50 per service booked sent via invoice that will need to be paid prior to rebooking.
If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
No Call/No Show Policy:
You understand that in the event you no call/no show for a scheduled appointment you will be required to put a 50% deposit down prior to any future bookings being finalized.
Saved Payment Method:
All guests payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my point of sale system, and I do not have access them in any way.
Late to appointment Policy:
You understand that if you are 15 minutes or more late to my scheduled appointment you may not be able to receive all of the scheduled services, or may be required to reschedule your appointment.
If I need to reschedule my appointment due to being late there will be a charge of $50 per service booked, that will need to be paid prior to being able to reschedule.
If I am late more then 3 times in a row to a schedule appointment, I understand that I may be restricted from booking appointments in advanced .
Service Adjustment Policy:
Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed.
I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances.
For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.
Product Return Policy:
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase, does not include hair extension purchases. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
Salon Etiquette:
Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
Extension Policies
You understand that there is a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the total cost of service that is due prior to booking your installation appointment, that retainer fee holds your appointment time and is applied towards the balance of your services.
There is a consultation fee of $50, if retainer fee is paid the day of consultation appointment your consultation is complimentary.
You understand that the service is final once the application is started. Once the hair is fitted to your head it can no longer be returned.
In the event that you no longer want/have the extensions, you are still responsible for the total payment of services performed.
You acknowledge that you have been informed on proper care and maintenance for your extensions.
You agree to let your stylist know of any allergies. You understand that if any allergic reactions occur your stylist is not responsible. Included, but not limited to, silicone or metal allergies or contact dermatitis.
You agree to never cut, remove, color, perm or use any other chemicals or products on my extensions other than what your stylist has approved and that doing so will void any guarantee of longevity of extension hair.
You understand and acknowledge that the extension hair is only guaranteed if you use products recommended by your stylist and if you use anything else it could decrease the length of time you can wear that extension hair, cause breakage to the extension hair, or turn the extension hair different colors.
You understand that you will see shedding of natural hair during my maintenance appointment. This is normal and should not be interpreted as hair that is damaged from the extensions.
You acknowledge that the risk of any damage to your hair or scalp is lowered by keeping regular maintenance appointments and following proper home care.
