What to Expect
The Pre-Visit
Seeing a new stylist can sometimes feel uncomfy. My goal is to make the booking process simple and stress free and help you feel prepared and comfortable on the day of your appointment. I want you to be able to ditch worrying about what to wear on the day of, or where you will park, and feel excited for your hair journey! Once you book your appointment you will receive a few important emails that include a welcome packet with all the important details, and a few other important things to prepare you for your day of relaxing!
The Consultation
The day of your appointment you will receive a quick questionnaire helping me to prepare for your appointment. When you arrive I will welcome you into my private suite and give you a quick tour. Once you are settled in my chair, I will sit with you and we will discuss your hair goals, look at inspirations pictures, talk about your daily routines, how you like to wear your hair, what you love, what you wish was different, hair history, and anything else you think is important about your hair that will help me create a long term plan for you and your hair. We will color match you for extension hair, discuss maintenance plan, cost and booking your installation appointment. Take this time to ask any questions you might have about your hair, the services, I am an open book and I am here to support you on the hair journey.
After Goodbye
At the end of your appointment we will go over everything we discussed about your hair, finalize any maintenance questions and take care of any of your scheduling needs. My goal is to ensure you are confident in what your next steps will be. I will send an email within 24 hours going over everything that we discussed during your time, so that you have it all at the click of a button and know how to get in touch if you have any questions.
